HOW TO BOOK A LASER PARTY
We can start only one Laser party every half an hour and availability does change regularly, please call 1300 674 367
if you would like to make a booking. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit which can be given over
the phone with a credit card (invitations will be mailed to you) or in person at 254 Settlement Rd, Thomastown.
Normal hours are: Mon & Tues - Closed (Open by appointment)
Wed & Thur 10am - 5pm, (Later by appointment)
Fri & Sat 10am - 9pm & Sun 10am - 6pm.
School holiday hours are: Mon -Thur 10am - 5pm, Fri & Sat 10am - 9pm & Sun 10am - 6pm.
Your party is only booked once the $50 Non-refundable deposit has been paid
if you havn’t paid the deposit your time is NOT guaranteed.
DO NOT send invitations until your deposit is paid.
..WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE YOUR PARTY..
Please confirm the number of children attending the party no less than 48 hour prior to the party by phone on 1300 674 367.
(You will be charged for the number of children confirmed regardless of no shows)
Adult platters should be ordered when you confirm numbers. Orders placed with less notice will be honoured when possible.
..ON ARRIVAL..
On arrival check in at the reception counter where our staff will store your birthday cake (We are a nut free zone and cannot accept any cake containing nuts - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Our staff will then issue you with wristbands for your confirmed number of guests and you will then be required to settle the balance of your party.
If you wish to set up a tab for food and drinks a credit card or license will need to be held until settlement. As your guests arrive please distribute wristbands
(Wristbands are required for laser game entry) and check if they want a membership card, if so their completed membership form
needs to be handed to reception counter prior to the 1st game of your party. Once all of your guests have arrived let our staff know and we will get your party started.
(We can only give a 10min grace period for those running late) Parents of the birthday child are welcome to play laser for free. (NO SUBSTITUTES)
Siblings and others attending your party who want to join in the laser games will be charged a discounted rate of $5per person per game (when space allows,
children in parties take priority) and will need to purchase a valid ticket from reception.
..IMPORTANT INFORMATION..
It is important for you to understand that laser parties DO NOT include entry to the playground and it is expected you let your guests know as they will be asked to leave the playground.
If you are supplying your own lolly bags you must hand them out as the children are leaving and must not include nut products, poppers or blowers/horns of any kind. (Due to OH&S)
As NRG FORCE is also a cafe no outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the premises. (without prior approval of the management)
(Birthday cakes must be nut free. If you have a dietary or religious requirement speak to our staff and we will do our best to cater for your requirements)
