HOW TO BOOK A PLAYGROUND PARTY
We start parties on Fri 4.00 & 6.30 - Sat 10am, 12.30, 3.00 & 5.30pm - Sun 10am, 12.30 & 3pm. (anytime midweek)
Please call 1300 674 367 if you would like to make a booking. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit which can be
given over the phone with a credit card (invitations will be mailed to you) or in person at 254 Settlement Rd, Thomastown.
Normal hours are: Mon & Tues - Closed (Open by appointment)
Wed & Thur 10am - 5pm, (Later by appointment)
Fri & Sat 10am - 9pm & Sun 10am - 6pm.
School holiday hours are: Mon -Thur 10am - 5pm, Fri & Sat 10am - 9pm & Sun 10am - 6pm.
Your party is only booked once the $50 Non-refundable deposit has been paid
if you havn’t paid the deposit your time is NOT guaranteed.
DO NOT send invitations until your deposit is paid.
..WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE YOUR PARTY..
Please confirm the number of children attending the party no less than 48 hour prior to the party by phone on 1300 674 367.
(You will be charged for the number of children confirmed regardless of no shows)
Adult platters should be ordered when you confirm numbers. Orders placed with less notice will be honoured when possible.
..ON ARRIVAL..
On arrival check in at the reception counter where our staff will store your birthday cake (We are a nut free zone and cannot accept any cake containing nuts - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Please complete the guest attendance form and hand it to reception staff, you will then be required to settle the balance of your party. If you wish to set up a tab for food and drinks
a credit card or license will need to be held until settlement. You are then free to enter the playground and greet your guests as they arrive.
As your guests arrive our staff will distribute a Playground wristband to them (Wristbands are required for playground entry) Siblings not attending the party but coming for a casual play
will be charged the casual rate before obtaining entry. Adult guests have free entry.
..WHAT TO EXPECT TO HAPPEN AT YOUR PARTY..
All parties run for 2 hours. Cordial and water will be in the party room from the start of your party, party food will be served approximately thirty five minutes after your party begins,
after the children have eaten they are welcome to go back to the playground to continue playing, our staff will then clean over the party room and prepare
for the birthday cake, the cake will be served around thirty minutes before the end of the party, as the cake is finished you will receive your lolly bags and should prepare for the end of the party.
If you have ordered Platters they will be served shortly after the party food. You have full use of the party room and main table for adults for 2 hours, after this time we may
ask you to remove all personal belongings from the party room and move to side tables if you wish to stay and play
An optional laser game is available at $5 per player and is played after the party food is served and before the cake. Please let staff know you want a laser game on arrival.
..IMPORTANT INFORMATION..
If you are supplying your own lolly bags you must hand them out as the children are leaving and must not include nut products, poppers or blowers/horns of any kind. (Due to OH&S)
As NRG FORCE is also a cafe no outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the premises. (without prior approval of the management)
(Birthday cakes must be nut free. If you have a dietary or religious requirement speak to our staff and we will do our best to cater for your requirements)
